• Guy, né en Sicile d'un païen, élevé en chrétien par Modeste et Crescence, alla avec eux en Italie, supplicié en 303 sous Dioclétien. Invoqué contre la maladie nerveuse dite chorée ou "danse de saint Guy", qui sévit au XIVème siècle près d'Ulm, près d'un de ses sanctuaires. Nom issu du germain "wid" (forêt). Fête le 15 juin.
• Guy, évêque d'Auxerre, mort en 961. Fête le 6 janvier.
• Guy, né en Bretagne, devint disciple de saint Norbert, fonda l'ermitage qui devint l'abbaye de Vicogne, près d'Arras, et mourut en 1147. Bienheureux. Fête le 31 mars.
• Guy, né vers 1187, à Cortone, distribua ses biens aux pauvres, comme le lui demandait saint François d'Assise, fonda le monastère de Vicogne, près de Valenciennes. Mort en 1247. Fête le 12 juin.
• Guy (ou Guidon), sacristain à Laeken (Bruxelles). Patron des sacristains, des laboureurs. Fête le 12 juin.
