(ou Gwenneg ou Winoc)
neveu de saint Judicaël, roi de Domnonée, né au VIIème siècle. Venant de Grande-Bretagne avec ses compagnons, saint Judoc et ses cousins saint Madoc et saint Arnoc, il se présenta à saint Bertin en Thérouanne, qui les envoya fonder un monastère à Wormhoudt, dans le Nord, dont il deviendra le supérieur. et mourra vers 715. Les Normands détruisirent le monastère au IXème siècle, mais ses reliques furent ramenées à Bergues. Chargé de moudre le grain, la meule tournait seule pendant qu'il priait. Patron des meuniers. Nom issu du breton "gwenn" (blanc). Fête le 6 janvier.
